Georgia and Florida
Sam walking down a very long fishing pier.
Jack at St. Augustine, FL, the oldest continuously occupied European city in America.
Crooked River State Park, GA
Cris.
Mary and Megan listening intently to Richard.
Okefenokee Swamp.
Jacksonville Zoo.
Sam looking at the giraffes.
Jack getting a little nervous as the giraffes approached.
One of the few pictures from Sea World. We were so proud of ourselves for taking the camera and then remembering to get it out and taking pictures, and then shortly after this picture the battery died. Crap!
Ryan went to Kings Bay, GA for work this summer, the kids and I joined him there for about 2 months. We saw a lot of things and had a great time, but it was really nice to finally get home.

One Step
Sam took her first step today! She also recently got her first tooth. No there are no pictures of either the tooth or the step, but once I find my camera we'll be one step closer to getting more pictures up.

Chirstmas and Winter 2009
Ok, we have been really bad about getting the blogspot updated lately. We apologize!
A lot has been going on in the Karasek household in the past month. I had my final for Calculus 1, Jill had surgery, we went to Idaho to see Jill's family, we had two Christmases (I had three).
Jack and Samantha are growing up at astonishing rates. Jack is "nearly" potty trained, and is getting taller and taller! We buy him clothes and in a few weeks they are starting to look like high-waters. His vocabulary is amazing, he is really stringing words together. He up to 6-7 word sentences.
Samantha is really excited about feeding herself, and has been pulling herself up and walking around things with support. Totally full of life and sparkle! She is already wearing 12-18 month clothes. I can't believe she is almost 9 months old (Still no teeth though!).
Also Jill finally caved and we bought a new HDTV. The 46" Toshiba is quite the upgrade to the 32" Tube Magnavox that now resides on the floor...
Well on to some new pictures!
